At Shop6, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • You may return any unworn and undamaged sunglasses within 7 days of the product delivered date.
  • Sunglasses must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Sunglasses must be free of scratches, marks, or other damage.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Initiate your return: Contact customer support to initiate return.
  2. Pack your sunglasses: Carefully pack the sunglasses in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship your return: Drop off your return package at any courier. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Process your refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.


  • We cannot accept returns for worn or damaged sunglasses.
  • We cannot accept returns for prescription sunglasses or custom-made sunglasses.
  • We cannot accept returns for sunglasses purchased more than 7 days ago.

Please note:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Please retain your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
  • This return and refund policy applies to all online purchases.
